Sort Layers

Sort layers in a image or a layer group. Currently only does sort by layer name in both alphabetical and reverse order.

Notes:

• This was inspired by the following post on "Meet the Gimp!".
• Can sort based on layer width, layer height, layer area, layer name, and a regex of the layer name.
• This doesn't recurse into subgroups to sort it across the entire layer hierarchy. If I knew how to do that, I'd probably add it in here.
