Morphological Operators

A set of morphological operators for GIMP:
- erosion and dilation
- opening and closing
- boundary extraction and gradient
- hit-or-miss
- thickening and thinning
- skelethonization
- white and black top-hat

The plugin is tested to work on GIMP starting from 2.6 version.
